Location The homes are being built on a secluded hillside with fabulous views overlooking the beautiful Talland Bay, between Looe and Polperro, on the south coast of Cornwall. They are ideally situated, above the bay, with direct access to the South West Coastal Path, in an area designated as an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty”. Whether you are looking for a tranquil spot in which to relax and enjoy the scenery, or a base from which to explore the area, you will find that Talland Bay is an ideal location. In redeveloping this site, which was formerly Talland Caravan Park, we are taking care not only to protect but actually enhance the environment. The Bay will have lower peak occupancy than before, with far less road traffic. It will be visually much less obtrusive and the attractive natural stone and cedar homes will blend into the landscape. Coast The coast here is a wonderful mixture of rocky coves and sandy beaches. The pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are easily accessible along the Coastal Path. Finding Us We are a 30 minute drive from Plymouth, 45 minutes from Newquay and 4 hours from London. Plymouth is well served by frequent high-speed trains from Bristol (2 hours) and the rest of the country (London 3-4 hours). Air Southwest operate year-round flights to Plymouth or Newquay airports from London (Gatwick & Stansted), Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dublin. > View on Google maps
